KADALAKKAAPPAM Tradeeshnal of Malabar Items required: - 1 cup vegetable 1 cup seaweed 2 eggs 5 and 6 cardamom Salt as needed. To yield sugar 1 cup sugar 1/4 cup water Cardamom powder How to make: - Soak the rice and chanadal for 2 and 3 hours. Grind well. Grind with egg, cardamom and salt to taste. Do not add water. Then pour the heated oil through the sieve and fry. KANNUR SPECIAL VELLAPPOLA / RAMADAN SPECIAL / STEAMED RICE CAKE Today I'm here with a ramadan special item from Kannur. This pola, which appears exclusively during Ramadan, is prepared in many ways. Let's make a pudding today This is a quick pudding cake pudding. It is prepared in 3 steps. Prepare the caramel first. then  flan pudding And the cake Caramel: -   1/4 cup sugar  3 tbsp water  Flan Pudding: -  1 cup of milk  1/2 cup sugar  3 eggs  Vanilla Chocolate Cake : -   3 eggs  1/2 cup sugar  1/2 cup oil  Vanilla  1/2 cup maida  1/2 cup co-co powder  1tsp baking powder.  Preparation method: -  Heat 1/4 cup sugar in the oven. When the color fades, add 3 tbsp water and do the caramel. Pour the hot pudding into the prepared bowl and set aside to set.  Boil  the milk and sugar to prepare the flan pudding.
